Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that life happens, and sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To help keep everything running smoothly, here’s our cancellation policy: Rescheduling: • Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule (excluding weekends). • If rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, a new deposit will be required to secure the new appointment. • Deposits are transferable once within the policy, but a second reschedule will require a new deposit. Cancellation: • Cancellations made 5+ business days in advance: Full deposit refund. • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the service fee will be charged, and the deposit will not be refunded. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the service fee will be charged. No refund. Deposit Information: A deposit is required to secure your appointment. It will be applied toward your service total. Refunds: If eligible, refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
